Jay A. Caplan, President

 

Age 58 and living in Baltimore, MD, Jay has been advising and helping public safety and communications clients for twenty-two years.  Jay is a family man who enjoys family get-togethers, theatre, symphony, cooking, arts and crafts--and most of all his grandchildren.

 

Ted J. Servetnick, Vice President

 

Age 42 and living in Marlton, New Jersey, Ted has a background in Law Enforcement.  He has been giving expert advice and personalized service to his clients for eleven years.  His experience as a police officer has proven to be a big asset in his understanding of the way communications centers operate.

 

Tracey McGonigle, Office Manager

Tracey, age 35, has over 17 years in the customer service arena, including work in fast-paced call centers for the Philadelphia Inquirer and a large mortgage company.  Her extensive customer service background provides her with a strong ability to put our clients first in helping them reach their goals.  Tracey lives in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with her husband and 3 children.
